FAQ: Do you offer Free Trials on any of your products?
A: No, we offer a 14 Day Trial Pass on 19 selected Indicators for $55. This does not include our Trade Management Tools, Semi /Automated Strategies. This Trial pass entitles you to choose 5 indicators to trial for 14 days for a one-time payment of $55. This does not include any new product launches. Q: If I purchase a monthly subscription on any of your products, will this be credited towards a lifetime license?
A: Yes, if you purchase a monthly subscription on any of our Trade Management Tools, Semi Auto or Automated Strategies we will credit the amount towards a lifetime license of the same product.
FAQ: Will I be refunded if I am not satisfied with my product?
A: We do not offer refunds. All our products are tested before placed on the website.

A: Yes, all our products work on all time frames
Q: How do I download and install my new product?
A: With every purchase you will receive a detailed pdf document with download instructions.
FAQ: Where do I find my machine id?
A: In NinjaTrader go to menu -> help -> about and find your machine id there.
Q: Is the Lifetime License only valid for machine id?
A: Your product is valid for 2 machine ids only. Should you require a 3rd machine id, an additional lifetime license must be purchased at 50% discount.
Q: If I purchase a new computer or laptop in future can I update my machine id?
A: Yes, simple send us your new machine id and we will update it for you free of charge.
Q: What is the time of activation for my license, once my machine id has been sent?
A: Most license activation happens within a few hours, please allow a maximum of 48 hours for activation.
