Good Reversal setups present themselves when the market has broken out of a range and has moved considerably beyond that range.

At this point the market gets exhausted and a reversal becomes imminent.

How to Trade Q-Reversals?

Q-Reversals - Entries

When the market becomes exhausted the Indicator starts plotting. When the confirmation of the trade is triggered the indicator plots an arrow up or an arrow down. Thus the arrow up or down signaling a long or a short trade entry.

Q-Reversals - Exits

Once the entry signal has been triggered the indicator plots two potential profit target levels. We generally like to exit a percentage of our position at every one if these levels.

The indicator also starts plotting a trailing stoploss level, exit your trade when the market moves beyond this level.

Stoploss levels are also set by the indicator and you should exit your trade as the market reaches these levels.

Q-Reversals - Settings

The higher the setting value is, the larger reversal trade setups the indicator will find and vice versa. The standard settings generally work well, but you are welcome to play around with them to find what suits your trading style best.

Q-Reversals combines well with Q-Momentum as you can use Q-Momentum to show you the levels of extreme momentum after a break out of a range. These extreme momentum levels generally signals imminent reversal setups.
